Sales & Marketing Manager (Year-round, Full-time)
The Homewood Sales & Marketing Manager will work to increases sales volume and revenue at Homewood Mountain Resort. This position will be responsible for cultivating new group, corporate, lodging, retail and other clients, as well as retaining current clients, forecasting and achieving quantifiable sales goals, and reporting sales progress to all levels of management. Works with the Marketing and Guest Services departments to facilitate direct-to-lift products, as well as the entire process of group sales including first contact, selling, follow through, closing, greeting groups, meeting needs and expectations. Represents Homewood at industry and consumer trade shows, sales events and community events. Assists with general marketing duties including on-property events, social and email marketing efforts, public relations and media buying; however, sales is the primary focus. Patrol Manager (Seasonal, Full-time)

Grill Cook (Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time)
The Grill Cook will is responsible for preparation of food and cooking/grilling to Homewood F&B standards, while demonstrating best food handling practices. Will assist with taking/processing orders, cashier functions, inventory control, and assist the Food and Beverage manager with special projects as needed. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy. Must have a professional demeanor and appearance, be punctual, be highly organized, manage time efficiently, work with a sense of urgency, and follow through with projects. Must be able to stand/be on their feet long period of time or entire shift and be comfortable and able to work in warm cooking conditions, indoors and outdoors. Experience and/or interest in cooking as a career is desirable.
Lift Mechanic Level 2+ (Year-round, Full-time)
Responsible for maintaining and repairing surface and aerial lifts for Homewood, under the direction of the Lift Maintenance Manager, or direct supervisor. Cash Handler (Seasonal, Part-time)
This position averages 3-4 days/week, 4 hours/day. Must be able to work 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Work days are flexible. Duties include balancing and distributing banks, reporting, and guest services functions. Previous ski resort, vault, and cash handling experience is a plus, but not required.
