I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or in the granting of an interview is intended to create an employment contract between Homewood Mountain Resort (Homewood) and me for either employment or for the providing of any benefit. No promises regarding employment have been made to me, and I understand that no such promise or guarantee is binding upon Homewood. No supervisor, representative or agent of Homewood has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make any policies or practices. I understand that any employment manuals, handbooks, or policy statements that may be distributed to me during the course of my employment shall not be construed as an employment contract. If any employment is established, I understand that I have the right to terminate my employment with or without cause at any time and that Homewood reserves the same right. I understand that Homewood only employs those who possess the legal right to work in the United States. I possess that right and agree to provide valid authorization if hired. I also agree that Homewood may provide photocopies of the form on which my identity and right to work is verified (the I-9 Form) and any supporting documentation submitted by me to any person who, in connection with effecting compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, has a legitimate interest in the information contained therein. I authorize the references listed herein to release any and all information concerning my previous employment and any pertinent information they may have, and release all parties from all liability for any damage that may result from furnishing the same. I certify that answers given herein are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application for employment as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. If I am offered a job, I understand that false or misleading information given on my application or in interview(s) may result in revocation of offer or termination of employment.
