Bringing new skiers and riders into the sport is important to Homewood Mountain Resort. So important that we are extending our half-day package to first-time skiers and snowboarders ages 13+ for the month of January at an unbelievable rate: $44 includes a 2.5-hour beginner lesson, beginner lift ticket and all-day equipment rentals.

This special Learn-to-Ski or Learn-to-Ride package rate is valid every day that Homewood is open throughout the month of January. The special $44 package price can not be combined with any other offer.

Click for Learn-to-Ski packages or Learn-to-Ride packages to get the $44 price. Lesson packages must be booked by midnight the night before you intend to come to Homewood.

Upgrade to 3-day package and save even more

New skiers and riders looking to really establish a solid foundation can upgrade their Learn-to-Ski or Ride package and get two additional days of 2.5-hour lessons, beginner lift tickets and rental equipment for just $71 more. And the lessons do not have to be used on consecutive days, meaning you can come back on your own schedule.

That means for $115, new skiers and snowboarders can get three days of lessons, rentals and beginner lift tickets during the month of January (or $150 during other months) - an amazing value you won't find at any other Lake Tahoe resort.

In addition, every three-day Homewood Learn-to-Ski or Ride package comes with Homewood's "Ski it to believe it" guarantee - our instructors promise to have every three-day package participant skiing or riding down Homewood's signature Homeward Bound run (from the top, with gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe the entire way) by the end of the third day.

Upgrade packages must be purchased the day of first Learn-to-Ski or Ride lesson; however, subsequent lessons do not need to be taken on consecutive days.
