Family Private Ski and Snowboard Lessons

Private lessons provide the most flexibility and the best learning environment for any skier, rider or small group. Private instruction is available to beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders who wish to focus on specific goals, build technique and have fun on the slopes.

Whereas many private lessons are a one-on-one experience of tailored ski or snowboard instruction, Homewood’s Family & Friends Private Lesson program is a way that friends and families take advantage of the opportunity to learn together. Many love this private lesson because they can include up to 5 friends for the same price as a regular private lesson. This means you can enjoy the intimacy and personal coaching of a private lesson while saving money by going together in the process.

As with any private lesson, the guest can structure the time. Either learning together, or splitting an all-day Family & Friends lesson in time blocks for skiers/rides at radically different ability levels. Often though, it’s an opportunity for a group to share the laughs and experience of snow and mountains together.

Please note when you book a group for a family private lesson, everyone must be of the same discipline. Family private lessons are booked on the hour for a variety of durations.

During our peak periods, you will find our private lesson availability becomes limited, particularly between 9 a.m. and noon. Booking ahead of time can eliminate this issue and is highly suggested if you would like a morning private lesson.
