The South Base
It is envisioned that the South Base will be transformed into a distinctive and beautifully appointed residential area to compliment the existing neighborhood.
Residential Units
- Up to 99 multi-family condominium residences, up to three stories, replacing the current lodge and ski school site.
- 11 single family lots located on the north end of Tahoe Ski Bowl overlooking Lake Tahoe and the North Base.
Services
- A winter use only dining facility
- Relocation of all day skier access and parking to the North Base.
