Homewood Mountain Resort offers the best learn to ski/snowboard deal in the Lake Tahoe region – for just $69. Sunday through Friday, non-holiday, first-timers will receive a half-day lesson package which includes an all-day equipment rental (helmet not included in package but available at an additional cost) and beginner lift ticket – It’s everything you need to make your first turns on snow!

Simply purchase your Learn to Ski or Learn to Ride package online, at least 2 days in advance of your desired lesson date to receive the special $69 price all season long.

Designed for those who’ve never been skiing or snowboarding before, Learn to Ski/Ride Packages include a lesson, all-day equipment rental and all-day beginner lift ticket. Guests wishing to upgrade to a full Homewood lift ticket (allowing access to all chairlifts) in the afternoon after their lesson package can do so for an additional cost. Those interested in making a real commitment to learning to ski or snowboard can score the ultimate deal – Homewood’s Learn to Ski/Ride 3-pack comes out to just $83/day and includes three full days of lift tickets, rentals and lessons, as well as the Learn to Ski/Ride guarantee – you’ll be skiing/snowboarding down one of our signature upper mountain beginner runs by your third day, or your fourth day is free. 3-Packs include an all-mountain lift ticket on the third day.

3-Packs are non-transferable & non-refundable and all days must be used during the 2018-19 ski season. Purchasing a 3-Pack does not guarantee availability – please make reservations for each day. Unused days will NOT be refunded or carried over to future seasons.

Arriving for your lesson

All adult group lesson participants should check in at the Ski & Snowboard School building (Little Red School House) behind the North Lodge at least 30 minutes prior to the lesson start time (we recommend at least 1 hour prior on weekends/holidays). Lesson times are 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. OR 1 – 3:30 p.m. We strongly recommend advanced registration to expedite the check-in process. Same-day on-site registration cannot be guaranteed.
