Dial-A-Ride Driver

The Dial-A-Ride Driver is responsible for the transportation of passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule and daily customer requests. Use of company cell phone, radio, and excellent customer service a must. Ability to autonomously manage daily scheduling for pick up and drop of Dial-A-Ride guests. Maintains a welcoming, clean and hazard free vehicle, assists shuttle drivers and Parking and Transportation department as needed. Must have Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum requirements of company’s driving insurance policy. This position is open to minor applicants.


Food & Beverage


Homewood Mountain Resort’s Madden Cafe is now hiring for a Full-Time Seasonal Barista. The barista prepares coffee and espresso drinks for customers, processes payments, and operates the point of sale system efficiently and accurately. Prior experience a plus. This position is open to minor applicants.


Bartender/Cashier – On-Mountain Dining

The Bartender/Cashier is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Maintains clean food and beverage areas in FOH and BOH; setting up and tearing down eatery and seating area, busing and sanitizing tables, chairs, counter tops and other areas as assigned. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums F&B floors as needed. Assists with janitorial services in restrooms as needed. This role is specific to our mid-mountain facility, the Big Blue View Bar. Must be over 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a ski/ride assessment test. Starting pay is $12.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Required to spend some time outside during shift in inclement weather and needs to be able to shovel/carry/lift heavy objects 50+.



The Cashier is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Maintains clean food and beverage areas in FOH and BOH; busing and sanitizing tables, chairs, counter tops and other areas as assigned. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums F&B floors as needed. Assists with janitorial services in restrooms as needed. Starts at $12/hr. This position is open to minor applicants. Must possess skiing / snowboarding proficiency as it is a requirement of job.


Line Cook

Homewood Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks! Prepare hot and cold foods for guests; grilling, frying, prep work, janitorial/cleaning, and other kitchen duties as assigned. Starting pay is $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.


Guest services

Sales Agent

The Guest Services Sales Agent is responsible for selling lift tickets, ski school products, rental products, and season passes using our point of sale system, RTP. Guest services agents are the face of Homewood Mountain Resort and are expected to offer legendary customer service and professionalism. The guest service agent will need to field guest inquiries and offer the best product options while supporting marketing and sales initiatives.




The groomer is responsible for all winter grooming operations and maintaining Homewood’s slopes, ramps, and maze areas. Must have at least 1 winter season minimum prior grooming / snow cat machine operation experience.


Lift Operator

The Lift Operator is responsible for the operation of chair lifts, welcoming, and often assisting guests at the bottom and top of lifts. Performs opening and closing procedures, and sets up lift mazes and grooms ramps. Full-time and part-time hours available. Must be able to commit to weekends, monetary incentive program available to Lift Operation employees that successfully meet specified requirements and work through the end of the season (exact date TBD ~ April 2019).*


Ski Patroller

Helps provide a safe skiing and riding mountain resort environment by means of continuous education, visible resort presence and positive reinforcement.  Patrollers offer quality patient care and injury management. Works cross-departmentally to communicate mountain conditions.  Thoroughly understands National Ski Area Association’s “Your Responsibility Code”. Pay commensurate with experience level. Rental center

Retail & Rental Techs

The Rental and Retail Technician is responsible for assisting guests with superior customer service and will work in both the Retail and Rental Shops. This team member will regularly be required to assist guests with proper boot fitting, ski/snowboard fittings, and proper adjustments. Thorough knowledge rental equipment, knowledge of demo fleet, and maintenance of all rental equipment will be expected. The Rental and Retail Tech will also have thorough knowledge of all retail products, ability to up-sell and match products to clients in a courteous and efficient manner. This position is open to minor applicants.


Ski School

Ski/Snowboard Instructor

Responsible for teaching groups and individuals how to ski/snowboard through demonstration and explanation with on on-snow instruction utilizing PSIA techniques, and recognized teaching methods.


Ski/Snowboard TA

Supports both Instructors and Guest Services agents of the Children’s Ski/Snowboard School. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from assisting instructors with student break management, lunch set up and clean up, and other general administrative and operational supportive duties as assigned. This position is open to minor applicants.




Banquet Sous Chef

$22/hr and medical/dental/vision.

The Banquet Sous Chef in coordination with the Executive Chef is responsible for the execution of all Banquet / Events for West
Shore Café and Homewood Resort as well as the managing of back of house staff during certain a la carte services. The
Banquet Sous Chef functions as a liaison between the frontline kitchen staff, the Executive Chef and the front of house
management team. They will attend all BEO meetings and be responsible to have a full understanding of all information provided
at these meetings.

Food & beverage


Dishwashers are responsible for the daily cleaning, clearing, and sanitation of dishes for the West Shore Cafe Restaurant. Dishwashers also perform a variety of kitchen cleaning, closing, and opening duties assigned as necessary.


Line Cook

West Shore Cafe & Inn is hiring Line Cooks! Join a vibrant team that resides on the beautiful lakeside of the West Shore at Lake Tahoe. Line Cooks are responsible for the day to day production and preparation of all food items hot and cold. All Cooks will maintain a clean work environment and minimize food waste. Fine dining cooking experience desired. Starts at $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.




West Shore Cafe & Inn Housekeepers work as a team to uphold a positive and clean image to the guests of our restaurant and boutique lodge. Responsibilities include public areas of the West Shore Cafe & Inn, restrooms, internal office space, as well as preparing guestrooms for our daily arrivals. The lodge may have as many as two guestrooms, four suites, and two villas to prepare for new guests arriving. In the process of preparing rooms the attendant is expected to remove and replace all linens and trash, discarding them to the appropriate bins. In the process of replacing linens an attendant may need to move or lift furniture weighing over 20 lbs. Proper and safe use of chemicals and protective equipment while cleaning public areas and guestrooms is an essential job function. Housekeepers are expected to report any maintenance concerns in guestrooms in order to uphold our property’s guestroom standards.




Responsible for the safe mooring of boats and general operations of the docks by facilitating and assisting in coordinating the arrival and departure of boats, maintaining a safe and clean environment and acting as the initial liaison between customers and the marina management team. Must be responsible, place an emphasis on customer service, and communicate well with others. This is a summer seasonal position with full-time hours available.


Forklift Operator/Boat Hauler

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a forklift operator. We utilize rack storage and launch/store customer boats into the water with marine grade forklifts. We also haul boats on trailers by truck to our offsite storage facility. The applicant must be responsible, place an emphasis on customer service, and communicate well.

This position would ideally start in April.


Marina Mechanic

Homewood High & Dry Marina is a full-service marina located on Tahoe’s west shore. We offer a Harbor, Launching, Storage, Buoys, Fuel, Service, Rentals, and Sales to our customers.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a marine mechanic. We winterize and activate all boats that we store. In addition to 50 & 100-hour services, we offer many services from water pump replacement to tune-ups. The applicant must be responsible, place an emphasis on customer service, and communicate well.
